  I had the worst experience there I wish I could give it no stars. It took over an hour to get a table and another hour or so to get my food. I ordered enchiladas and I'm Hispanic and what I ordered was not enchiladas. My food was cold and it tasted awful. The food isn't real "Mexican food" it taste like that bought from the store and microwave it. My waiter only refill my drink once I ask other waiters if I could get refill but no one bothered too. And this was my first and last time going there. You're better off going to Taco Bell than there.

  Literally the worst Mexican food experience EVER. After waiting forever for the bartender to get to me after serving the two guys that walked in after me, first; I took the food, paid for it and went back to the hotel. When we got back and went to open our full portion of Arroz Con Pollo, that's what we got. Not even enough rice to fill up my dogs stomach. There's cheese poured over three grains of rice. Why the hell did I pay $15.00 for a SNACK?!? Seriously. Worst chicken- it was literally rubberized. I would NEVER recommend this to ANYBODY. Please don't waste you money like I just did-I have never seen food this bad, not even at taco bell...

  Well first off, the locals have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. So, of course, my husband and I went while on vacation because of the referrals from the locals. Such an amazing place!!!!!! So grateful we went!!
  We got Katie (Katrina on our receipt, I think) and what awesome customer service did she exhibit!!! We were blown away by her excellent attitude as well as efficiency. The entire place was super sweet. From the host to the guy who delivered our food...didn't catch his name. Wish we would've because he was awesome too!
  They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and that is exceptional service! Thank you, Abuelos! Also, it's great that you reply to reviews :) that definitely shows your customer service online too!

  The food was good and the waiter was great. We had a group of 10 and they sat us really quick. We did call them and tell them we where coming which helped out.Couple of food items my in laws had just was warm which was fajitas which should be sizzling. That is why I gave them a 4 star but all in all it was a good place to eat

  Food is great, but watch for an entertainment fee on your bill. We didn't even have one of the stupid game things on our table and the waitress slipped it right in the middle of the check.
