  Waited for our salads after getting sat for around a half hour and then when we went to eat them had no silverware. Ice chunks in the salad very poor service from waitress then got a chicken tender platter and asked for them tossed in honey pepper sauce but they would only give it on the side, the portion of fries is a corporate thing I guess so that's not a big deal but the chicken tenders looked like something less than you get from a fast food restaurant very shriveled up and small not worth the money you pay. The manager did end up accommodating us a couple things on the bill and that's why I gave it two stars instead of one, she also promised she would help us if we came back again but we ended up leaving Myrtle Beach early.

  6 of us experienced the worst food and service we have ever had in a restaurant. Absolutely appalling, I don't know how they stay in business. We certainly won't be returning.

  This review has to do with an instant prize promotion that ran about a month. It was a call in promotion. I called every day for three weeks and finally they told me I won a free lunch and gave me a code to enter on their site which I did. I heard and received nothing so I ended up calling corporate. The man basically told me I was a liar and refused to help with the problem. Told me the promotion ended before I called. I said I was told I was a winner and was given the code to collect my prize. He said this conversation is going nowhere, told me I was a liar and refused to offer a good solution like giving me a coupon for my free lunch.
  At the end of the talk I told him it wasn't about the money for the lunch any more it was now an issue about how they treat their customers.
  HORRIBLE COMPANY! I WILL TELL EVERYONE NOT TO EAT THERE! THEY DON"T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!
